Job Description:
As a Senior US IT Recruiter, You will be the connecting link between clients looking to recruit candidates to attain organizational objectives and candidates looking to land their dream jobs. You will attract, engage & network with the best and brightest talents across the globe.
3-8 years Experience in US IT recruitment
Good knowledge of various technologies and skills
Should have working experience on job boards like Dice, monster, Career Builder, LinkedIn, etc.
Should be good in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for the client
Should be able to coach candidates through the client interview process
Should have a clear understanding of all Tax terms -W2, corp. to corp. ,1099 and work authorizations
Must be able to demonstrate excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
Please Note: This US IT Recruiter job will require you to work in EST timing.

As a Consultant you will be responsible for sourcing potential job seekers to fulfill the hiring requirements of our corporate clients. Some of the key activities that you will be doing are
• Understanding client requirements and accordingly execute a search plan for identifying potential candidates to fit the client requirement
• Source candidates using multiple sourcing channels including internal databases, job boards , head-hunting and networking
• Engage candidates for strategically positioning job opportunities and client organizations
• Understanding candidates profile to evaluate role fitment (Screening & Short listing)
• Build and strengthen candidate relationships to be able to network and headhunt passive job seekers
• Manage scheduling and coordination related activities in the entire recruitment process
• Contribute to other activities including market research & mapping , Post-offer-followup ,etc.
Experience:
Should have 0.6- 3 Yrs of exp and above years of experience.
Experience in recruitment in corporate or consulting firms preferred.
Skills Required:
Highly energetic and motivated individual
Knowledge of the Recruitment industry, its nuances and processes.
Excellent ability to connect and interface with professionals
Good presentation, communication & interpersonal skills
